This Privacy Policy explains how Tarot Business Lab (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit tarotbusinesslab.com and buy The Paid Tarot Reader Kit. For any question, contact us at tarotbusinesslab@gmail.com.
Tarot Business Lab is an independent business selling digital products for tarot readers. You can reach us at any time at tarotbusinesslab@gmail.com.
Order data. When you buy, our checkout is operated by Shopify. We receive your name, email address, the products you purchased and the order amount. We never see or store your full payment card details; payments are processed by Shopify and its payment providers.
Communication data. If you email us, we keep your message and your email address so we can help you and provide support.
Usage data. Like most websites, we collect basic technical information (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type) to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
Advertising data. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of our ads and to show relevant offers. The Pixel collects events such as page views and checkout starts. You can opt out through your ad preferences or browser settings.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
We only share the minimum needed to run the store: Shopify (checkout and order management), payment providers (card and PayPal processing), Google (email and file storage for delivering your kit), and Meta (advertising measurement). These companies process data under their own privacy policies.
Order records are kept as long as required by tax and accounting law. Support emails are kept while they are useful and then deleted. Marketing analytics data is kept in aggregate form.
If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and you can object to marketing use at any time. Just email tarotbusinesslab@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
The site uses a small number of cookies: functional cookies (for example, your cart) and advertising/measurement cookies (Meta Pixel and Shopify analytics, used to measure visits, add-to-cart and purchases and to optimize our ads). Visitors in the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent first. Elsewhere, measurement is on by default. Anyone can change their choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the site footer, or block or delete cookies in their browser settings.
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
